    • In the choice #2 section, select Greater Boston Physicians for Social Responsibility from the drop-down menu of Nonprofits.
    • Fill in the amount you wish to donate in the Amount box.
    • Click on the Add Donation button.
  • Screen 2
    • Click on the Checkout button.
  • Screen 3
    • Enter the required information to process the credit card transaction.
    • Click on the Proceed button.
  • Screen 4
    • Print out the receipt with a transaction reference for your records.
